Created in 2020 for the headquarters of VASTINT Latvia at Business Garden Riga, this dedicated restorative space was a distinctive feature of the project at a time when employee wellbeing was rarely addressed through the design of the workplace. In my view, spaces like this are not a luxury but an essential part of a healthy work environment for larger companies. As this project demonstrated, creating such a space does not require a large footprint.
