Step I — Project Brief
Every project begins with understanding the space, the client’s objectives and the practical requirements.
During the initial meeting, we discuss the project scope, lifestyle, functional needs, aesthetic preferences and budget. Where appropriate, the property is visited on site, and all available drawings and technical information are reviewed.
This stage establishes a clear design direction and provides the foundation for all further project decisions.
Step II — Initial Design Concept
Based on the approved project brief, the initial design concept is developed to establish the overall direction of the project.
Depending on the project scope, this stage may include space planning, furniture layouts, lighting concepts, a carefully curated selection of materials, finishes, textures and colour palettes, together with the key design decisions that define the character of the interior. These elements are presented as a cohesive visual concept, allowing the overall atmosphere and direction of the project to be reviewed before moving forward.
Step III — Design Development
Following the review of the initial concept, the project is further developed through the refinement of the approved solutions and the integration of the agreed feedback.
Step IV — Final Design Package
The completed project is delivered as a comprehensive design package, bringing together all approved design decisions in a clear and practical format.
Depending on the project scope, the package may include implementation drawings, bespoke furniture drawings, schedules, product specifications, finishes, lighting, sanitaryware, decorative elements and supplier information required for implementation.
Optional — Implementation Support
Once the design package has been completed, professional support can be provided throughout the implementation phase.
This service may include site visits, communication with contractors and suppliers, design clarifications, review of shop drawings and assistance in resolving issues during construction to help ensure the design is implemented as intended.
