Step I — Defining the task and receiving materials If you have a space awaiting renovation or redecoration and you don’t know what to do, or you need expert advice on a property you are about to buy or rent, then I am here to help. In order to prepare for the consultation, I will need layouts, information about the existing finish and fixtures, as well as photos of the premises if possible.
Step II — Preparation I study all the materials closely and formulate my recommendations even before we meet. I will present you with a visual representation of my vision for the interior through a specially prepared mood board featuring furniture and accessories. Sometimes examples of unusual design inspiration are included. I also prepare colour palettes, a new layout and other materials if necessary.
Step III — The consultation During the two-hour long consultation, I answer all your questions and give my expert opinion and recommendations on the proposed interior design scenarios. During our meeting I oſten make sketches by hand, which you will be able to keep for future reference. Aſter the consultation, you will receive an email with all the visual materials. I will also present you with the contacts of the interior design showrooms and other useful information for further use.
When dealing with a property you are about to buy or rent, the consultation can be given during the joint survey of the premises. There and then, I will give my recommendations.
Implementation schedule: Preparation for the consultation takes 5 business days.
Fee: Two-hour long consultation costs €300.00. Additional time is €100.00 per hour. Full payment by bank transfer is required on the day of the consultation.
